Sustainable Packaging and Delivery

Packaging

In keeping with our aim to be more environmentally friendly, we use as little plastics as possible in our packaging. We aim to use only recyclable paper cardboard boxes or compostable materials in our packaging.

However, sometimes some plastic packaging is unavoidable. We recycle any waste materials in our shipments and we continue to challenge our supplier to reduce their plastic packaging. In the meantime, we ask that you join us in recycling all soft plastics through the REDcycle program at Coles and Woolworths. 

We welcome any suggestions you may have to help us achieve our common goal of eliminate all single-use plastics.

Delivery

In order to ensure our packages are delivered to you as efficiently and as
environmentally friendly as possible, we rely on Sendle and Australian Post for all
our deliveries.

Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral shipping service, while Australian Post has also recently introduced carbon neutral delivery for all parcels sent through their retail network and MyPost Business platform.

Most of our deliveries will be through Sendle, however for certain deliveries, such as to regional Victoria or during busy periods such as the Christmas period we rely on Australian Post.
