SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours, between Monday and Friday, from our Melbourne depot in Victoria.

The courier service we used will cover all parts of Australia and the delivery timeframe will be as follow:

Within Victoria:

Metro – up to 2 business days

Country – up to 5 business days

Interstate:

Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points

Country – up to 14 business days, depending on destination points

However, please note that there is a slight delay lately due to the impact of COVID-19.

If you would like your orders sooner, please contact us for express shipping options and delivery. 

For pre-order purchases, your order will be held and shipped within 24-48 hours, as soon as the item arrives at our depot. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is always our number 1 priority! At Raising Little Genius, we want our customers to shop with confidence and are gladly satisfied with our products. Please note that due diligence checks will be conducted on all product orders before dispatch.

If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with any of our product, we do offer a 100% money back guarantee (provided the return product is unused in its original packaging and in the same exact condition as you just received it). Our refund policy is strictly for 21 days, so all returns must be informed within the 14 days period. Do note that shipping cost will be excluded from the refunds and the returns shipping made to Raising Little Genius will be at the buyer’s cost.

Kindly note that Raising Little Genius reserves the right to reject returns if:
